Compared to its “cousins,” 2-MMC is generally described by users as being more functional and less euphoric. It acts primarily as a NDRA (Norepinephrine-Dopamine Releasing Agent).

• Stimulation over Euphoria: It provides a “cleaner” alertness and physical energy boost similar to amphetamines, but with significantly less of the “serotonin rush” (the “lovey-dovey” feeling) associated with 3-MMC or MDMA.

• Duration: The active effects usually last 2 to 4 hours, though the residual stimulation (insomnia) can last much longer.

• Potency: It is widely considered weaker than 3-MMC. Users often report needing higher doses to achieve similar effects, which significantly increases the physical strain on the body.
