1V-LSD (1-valeroyl-lysergic acid diethylamide), often nicknamed “Valerie,” is a psychedelic lysergamide and a structural analog of LSD-25. Like 1cP-LSD, it is a prodrug, meaning it is inactive until the body metabolizes it into LSD.

Potency and Metabolism

Because the valeroyl group attached to the molecule is heavier than the groups on 1P-LSD or 1cP-LSD, 1V-LSD requires a higher raw weight to deliver the same amount of actual LSD to the brain.
