2-FDCK replaces the chlorine atom in ketamine with a fluorine atom. This small change alters how the body processes the substance.

Potency & Duration: 2-FDCK is generally considered to be slightly less potent than ketamine by weight (often requiring 10–20% higher doses), but it has a longer duration. A typical experience lasts 2 to 4 hours, whereas ketamine usually fades after 60 minutes.
Oral Bioavailability: Unlike traditional ketamine, which is largely destroyed by the stomach, 2-FDCK is highly effective when swallowed. This makes the “oral” route a popular alternative to snorting, though it extends the duration of effects even further.
